From the host

Edinburgh has always been home — from the cobbled streets of the Old Town to the gentle green slopes of Holyrood Park, it’s a city that effortlessly blends history, culture and everyday life. I’ve lived here for years, and nothing quite beats stepping out for a morning coffee on Rose Street, wandering down to Princes Street for the views, or heading out in the evening to one of the city’s brilliant restaurants and hidden gems.

This apartment has been designed around that same sense of ease and warmth. We love how the bright living space welcomes you in after a day exploring the city, and how the south-facing terrace feels like a little urban retreat — especially with the Castle standing proudly in view. Whether you’re soaking up the sun with a coffee in hand, watching festival crowds below, or simply relaxing after a long day, it’s a place where memories are made.

I work in sales and travel quite a bit for work, so I know how important it is to feel comfortable, supported and truly at ease when you’re away from home. I’ve tried to bring that understanding into this space — with thoughtful touches in every room, reliable Wi-Fi, and a kitchen stocked with essentials so you can settle in straight away. Above all, I hope this apartment feels like your own home in Edinburgh, where you can relax, explore, and fall in love with this amazing city just as I have.”
